全程护理干预在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中的实施效果探讨

Exploration of the effect of whole course nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨全程护理干预在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中实施的效果。方法我社区于2012年5月~2016年5月门诊接诊的老年糖尿病患者中选取50例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其划分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组给予全程护理干预,对比两组患者护理前后血糖控制及生活质量改善的情况。结果观察组护理后空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖均低于对照组,生活质量各指标水平均高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者护理工作中应用全程护理干预可提高其生活质量且护理满意度较高,可推广应用。

Objective To explore of the effect of whole course nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty outpatient elderly diabetic patients In my community from May 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine nursing care,the observation group was given the whole course of nursing intervention.Blood glucose control and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the quality of life indicators were higher than the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of whole course nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes can improve their quality of life and high satisfaction with nursing, which can be popularized and applied.
