摘要
目的探讨综合病例下站点式培训模式在护理实习生岗前培训考核中的应用效果。方法对我院2017年4~6月85名护理专业实习生进行研究分析,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=43)和实验组(n=42),对照组按照常规授课示范后考核,实验组采取模拟病例下多站点式培训与考核,对比两组实习生培训前后理论考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩以及自主学习能力。结果培训前两组实习生各项考核成绩与能力评估,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,实验组理论考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩以及自主学习能力较培训前及同期对照组均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合病例下站点式培训模式在护理实习生岗前培训考核中应用效果显著,护生的综合成绩得到明显提升,自主学习能力亦得到改善,该教学模式值得在临床推广实施。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of the site based training model under comprehensive cases in the pre job training assessment of nursing interns. Methods Eighty-five nursing students from April 2017 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected and were divided into control group(43 cases) and experimental group(42 cases) by the random digital table method. The control group was examined after the routine teaching demonstration, the experimental group adopted multi site training and assessment under simulated cases. The results of the theoretical examination, the evaluation of clinical skills and the ability of self-learning were compared before and after the training of the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups of interns before the training(P>0.05). After training, the scores of theoretical examination, clinical skills examination and self-learning ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the training group and the control group in the same period(P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive site case training mode is effective in the pre job training examination of nursing interns, and the comprehensive performance of nursing students has been significantly improved, and the autonomous learning ability has also been improved. This teaching mode is worth promoting in clinical practice.
