摘要
目的探讨体外高能震波治疗桡尺骨骨干骨折骨不连的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将30例桡尺骨骨干骨折骨不连患者均分为观察组和对照组各15例,两组患者均接受磷酸钙骨水泥注射治疗,察组患者在此基础上接受体外高能震波治疗,比较两组术后骨不连愈合时间、骨不连愈合效果及患肢功能恢复效果。结果观察组患者术后骨不连平均愈合时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后骨不连愈合优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后患肢功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外高能震波能够加速桡尺骨骨干骨折骨不连愈合,提高愈合和患肢功能恢复效果,值得临床推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of extracorporeal high energy wave in the treatment of nonunion of the fracture of the radius and ulna bone. Methods 30 cases of bone nonunion of fracture of radius and ulna bone were randomly divided into observation group(15 cases) and control group(15 cases). The two groups were treated with calcium phosphate cement injection. On this basis, the patients in the observation group were treated with high energy shock wave in vitro. The healing time of bone nonunion, the healing effect of nonunion of bone and the effect of functional recovery of the affected limbs were compared between the two groups. Results The healing time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05); The good rate of bone nonunion healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05); The rate of recovery of limb function after operation was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Extracorporeal high energy wave can accelerate the healing of bone nonunion of the radius and ulna bone fracture, and improve the healing and limb function recovery effect. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
