不同程度根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of different levels of canal root filling in the treatment of dental pulp disease

目的探讨牙体牙髓病患者应用不同程度根管填充进行治疗所具有的临床治疗效果。方法将2016年8月~2017年5月期间99例确诊为牙体牙髓病的患者按照随机分配法平均划分为三组,并结合根管填充程度的不同命名为超量填充组和适量填充组与欠量填充组。对三组患者治疗期间的疼痛情况以及治疗效果进行详细的观察与记录分析。结果经过治疗后,三组患者均获得一定的治疗效果。其中,超量填充组治疗总有效率为72.7%,适量填充组为96.9%,欠量填充组为45.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间三组中均有部分患者出现疼痛,超量填充组疼痛发生率为48.5%,适量填充组为9.1%,欠量填充组为45.5%。对疼痛发生率进行统计学分析发现,适当填充组与其他两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而超量填充组与欠量填充组两者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用适量根管填充的方式对牙体牙髓病患者予以治疗,临床疗效好,亦有助于改善疼痛率,因而具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with dental pulp disease treated with different degrees of root canal filling. Methods From August 2016 to May 2017,99 patients with dental pulp disease were divided into three groups according to the random distribution method.Combined with the different degrees of root canal filling,they were named as overfilled group,moderate filling group and underfilled group.The pain condition during the treatment of three groups of patients and the treatment effect were investigated and analyzed in detail. Results After treatment,the three groups of patients obtained certain therapeutic effects.Among them,the total effective rate was 72.7% in overdose filling group,96.9% in moderate filling group and 45.5% in underdose filling group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).During the treatment period,some of the patients in the three groups had pain.The incidence of pain was 48.5% in the overdose filling group,9.1% in the moderate filling group and 45.5% in the underfilled group.The incidence of pain was significantly different between the proper filling group and the other two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the overdose filling group and the underfilled group(P > 0.05). Conclusion Using a proper amount of root canal filling to treat dental pulp disease has good clinical effect and helps to improve pain rate,so it has good clinical application value.
