某300m超高层带扁核心筒结构设计的几点做法

摘要 结合南宁某300m带大高宽比核心筒超高层办公楼的结构设计,详细介绍几点非常规做法,包括变刚度复合地基基础、钢管高强混凝土剪力墙的使用、刚重比和框剪比的复核、伸臂桁架的设置分析、基于混凝土徐变影响对伸臂桁架设置的后连接节点等,可为以后同类工程的设计提供参考。 Based on the structural design of a 300-meter super high-rise tower with a thin core tube in Nanning,a few unconventional practices were introduced,including the design of the composite foundation with variable stiffness,the application of steel tube confined high strength concrete shear wall,the check of rigidity-to-gravity ratio and shear-to-gravity ratio,the analysis of setting outrigger truss,the later connection outrigger truss node that considering the effect of concrete creep etc,which could provide reference for future design of the similar structures.
