摘要
某五星级酒店位于青岛西海岸人工填海区,通过设置防震缝,将不规则建筑平面分为左、中、右3个塔楼。为增加中塔楼的抗扭刚度,并控制中塔楼因长宽比较大而导致的位移比超限,在中塔楼局部薄弱部位设置TJ型屈曲约束支撑;针对多项指标超限,对结构采用性能化设计,对关键构件及薄弱部位进行中震弹性或大震不屈服分析,并采取有针对性的加强措施;针对人工填海区潮汐变化的海水对结构具有强腐蚀的特点,采取多道有效措施保证基础及地下室底板的抗腐蚀及防裂性能。最终在满足建筑功能和经济性的前提下,实现结构设计的合理性和可靠性。
A five-star hotel is located on the west coast of Qingdao artificial reclamation area. The irregular building is divided into left tower,middle tower and right tower through the establishment of seismic joints. In order to increase the tower torsional stiffness and control the out-of-code displacement ratio due to large length width ratio,TJ-typed BRBs were set in the local weak parts of middle tower. For a number of out-of-code indicators,performance-based seismic design was conducted on the structure,and the elastic analysis under fortification earthquake and non-yield analysis under rare earthquake were conducted on key components and the weak parts,and corresponding strengthening measures were taken.According to the characteristics of strong corrosion on the structure due to artificial reclamation tidal changes in the seawater,multi-channel effective measures were taken to ensure the corrosion resistance and cracking performance of foundation and basement floor. Finally,the rationality and reliability of the structure design were realized under the premise of satisfying the building function and economy.
