摘要
天津滨海现代美术馆建筑总高度为39.6m,采用框架-剪力墙体系,形成束筒结构,从而为结构提供了良好的抗扭刚度。工程存在凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变等多种超限项,属于体型复杂的超限建筑。针对以上超限项,采用多种有限元软件分析,主要分析内容为悬挑桁架及其支撑杆件和连接板带的性能化设计,并根据分析结果提出解决措施,使结构达到安全可靠的目标。
The total height of Tianjin Binhai Museum of Modern Art is 39. 6 m. The frame-shear wall structure which forms the bundled tube structure was adopted in the project. A good torsional stiffness was provided by this structure. Many limits of code for design of buildings are beyond including plane size irregularity,slab discontinuity,facade size mutation and so on. Many finite-element software were used in order to slove the problems above. The analysis content contains the performance-based design of cantilever truss and its supporting and the connecting plate. According to the analysis results,relevant solutions were proposed for the target achiving of the structure safety.
