摘要
基于中医理论,阐述"血脉"与解剖学中"血管"的关系及脑梗死侧支循环的中医认识,在脑梗死辨证论治的基础上进一步提出理论依据。根据《内经》、《络病学》等理论,中医的"血脉"系统涵盖了解剖学中血管系统,两者的生理病理密切相关,根据前人的相关研究、脑梗死病变特点及中医认识,脑梗死侧支循环的中医治疗当重视气血痰。
To investigate the effects of drugs on the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic stroke. Review and review re- lated literatures at home and abroad in recent years. Correct and regular treatment of Chinese and Western medicine can promote the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic stroke, helps patients recover from focal injuries of the nervous system. In addition to the correct use of drugs, patients should be a reasonable diet, active exercise, smoking and alcohol abuse, and strengthen physi- cal exercise.
