治疗肺癌中药复方专利分析

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patents for Lung Cancer

目的探讨中药专利复方治疗肺癌的用药规律。方法通过以"肺癌"和"中药"为关键词,检索国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统,纳入330项专利,对其基本概况、用药规律、研究阶段进行初步归纳和统计分析。结果这些中药专利复方中使用频率最高的药物包括黄芪、甘草、白花蛇舌草等,药物分类归经以补气药、清热药为主,主入肺、脾、胃经,60%以上的专利可提供部分体内外实验或临床的疗效及安全性数据。结论治疗肺癌中药专利申请数量增长较快,以个人和企业申请为主,用药较为合理,但临床疗效待进一步验证。

Objective To explore the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine patents for the treatment of lung cancer. Methods We searched Patent Search and Analysis of SIPO by the name of lung cancer and traditional Chinese medicine, a total of 330 pa- tents were included. And then we summarized and analyzed the basic conditions,composition principleandresearch stage. Results The sequence of frequency of using traditional Chinese medicine patents on lung cancer is ： Astragalus, Glycyrrhiza, Oldenlandiadiffusa, etc. In regard to the kinds of drug classification and channel tropism, which mainly focused on qi invigorating drugs and heat - clearing drugs, etc. The properties of these medicines are mainly descending, being assigned to lung, spleen and stomach channels. More than 60% of the patent can provide some in vitro and in vivo experimental or clinical efficacy and safety data. Conclusion The number of patent applications for the treatment of lung cancer increased rapidly, mainly applied by individuals and business. The treatments of Chinese medicine patents on lung cancer were more normative, but the clinical effect need further evidence.
