摘要
对比了3种常见罐底边缘板防腐蚀材料的性能,选取综合性能较好、施工便捷的矿脂油带为防腐蚀层内层材料,并采用具有较高抗冲击性能的聚乙烯为外护,设计了罐底边缘板的复合防腐蚀层。通过冲击试验和盐雾试验对比研究了单一防腐蚀层和复合防腐蚀层的抗冲击性能和耐蚀性。结果表明:矿脂油带+聚乙烯外护复合防腐蚀层有较好的防腐蚀性能和抗冲击性能,比单一防腐蚀层的有效寿命提高一倍以上。
The performance of three kinds of common anti-corrosion materials for edge plates of storage tank bottom was compared.A new composite anti-corrosion layer for edge plates of storage tank bottom was designed by choosing apetrolatum oil anti-corrosive belt with good comprehensive performance and convenient construction as the inner anti-corrosion layer material,and a polyethylene jacket with high mechanical strength as the external protective material.Impact test and salt-spray test were applied to study the impact resistance and corrosion resistance in comparison between single anti-corrosion layer and composite anti-corrosion layer.The experimental results show that the composite anti-corrosion layer with the structure of petrolatum oil and polyethylene jacket had pretty good impact resistance and corrosion resistance.The effective service life of the composite anti-corrosion layer was as long as two times that of the single anti-corrosion layer for the storage tank.
