摘要 利用热水浸泡的方法研究了湿热老化对不同类型的补口用3PE热收缩带腐蚀防护性能的影响。结果表明:热熔胶中含有的酸酐基团能加速3PE热收缩带的失效进程;干膜型3PE热收缩带的底漆固化程度优于湿膜型3PE热收缩带的底漆固化程度。 The effects of wet and heat aging on corrosion protection of different types of 3 PE heat shrinkable sleeve used in joint coating were studied by hot-water soak method.The results reveal that the acid anhydride groups in hot melt adhesive would accelerate the failure of the 3 PE heat shrinkable sleeve;and the curing degree of the primer of dry film coating was superior to that of wet film coating.
