大跨度全煤巷道锚网索动态耦合支护技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章以石炭井二矿21053工作面开切眼施工为背景,基于动态耦合设计思路,通过地质力学评估及FLAC^(3D)软件数值模拟的方法,优化比选支护设计参数,提出了适合大跨度矩形巷道的锚网索支护技术。经过工程实践验证,在切眼的掘进过程中,该支护体系有效控制了围岩的变形和破坏,巷道两帮和顶板位移量仅为147mm和86mm。锚杆载荷最大值为21kN,锚索受力为其破断力的50%左右,均具有较高的强度储备,满足了综放工作面的生产需要,为此类大跨度巷道施工提供了参考。 In this paper we take 21053 working face of Shitanjing Mine as the engineering background,based on the thought of dynamic coupling design,through the method of geomechanical evaluation and numerical simulation of FLAC^(3D) software,the optimal design parameters are optimized, the support technology is proposed for large span rectangular roadway. Engineering practice showed that,in the process of excavation,the support system can control the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock timely and effectively. Roadway sides and roof displacement was only 147mm and 86mm respectively. The maximum bolt load was 21kN,and the anchor force was about 50% of its breaking force,which had high strength reserve. The study can provide references for the construction of similar large span roadway.
