摘要
以酸刺沟煤矿带压区巷道延伸掘进超前钻探工程为例,根据矿井水文地质条件分析,确定其掘进巷道充水因素。通过"物探先行,钻探验证"的超前探测手段进行现场施工,发现西回风大巷部分区域煤层底板存在较大裂隙。本次钻探工程有效疏放巷道煤层底板水约31000m^3,并对钻孔出水水样进行水质特征分析,判断其水质类型为HCO_3—Ca·Mg·Na型,不同于奥灰水的HCO_3·Cl—Ca·Na型。本次工程探查区域未发现陷落柱等异常导水构造,保证了带压区大巷的安全掘进,并为矿井后期的安全生产提供依据。
In this paper,we took the advance drilling engineering of extended roadway drivage under water pressure zone in Suancigou Coal Mine as an example, and determined the water filling factors of roadway drivage according to the hydrogeological condition analysis of coal mine. Through on-site construction of advance detection based on the principal of"geophysical exploration and drilling verification",we found there were some big cracks under coal seam floor of the main west air-return way area. In the drilling engineering,about 31000 m^3 water was discharged from roadway coal seam floor,and water quality characteristics of drilling water was analyzed,and the water quality was HCO_3-Ca · Mg · Na type,which was different from HCO_3·Cl-Ca·Na type of the Ordovician limestone water. No abnormal conductivity structure of collapse column was found in the exploration area,the safe roadway drivage under water pressure zone was ensured. The study can provide the basis for mine safety production in the future.
