摘要 为促进无轨辅助运输方式的发展,提升煤矿生产效率,降低工人的劳动强度,文章介绍了无轨辅助运输在煤矿辅助运输中的地位和无轨辅助运输车辆的运行特点,研究了车辆与路面的摩擦系数、车辆的最大爬坡度及影响因子,探讨了大坡度车使用的坡道管理,阐述大坡度支架搬运车的开发特点、全液压轮边驱动的驱动方式、下坡稳速装置和弹簧制动液压释放的制动方式,并对该车在矿上的使用情况进行了说明,最后对大坡度辅助运输车辆车辆的开发提出了宝贵经验,给出了重型车辆和轻型车辆的安全运行坡度。 In order to promote the development of trackless transportation,enhance the production efficiency of coal mines and reduce the labor intensity of workers,in this paper,the author introduced the status and characteristics of trackless auxiliary transportation vehicles in coal mine auxiliary transportation,studied vehicle and road surface friction coefficient,the vehicle' s maximum gradability and influence factor,discussed the large gradient ramp used for car management,expounded the development characteristic of a large slope support carrier,the drive mode of fully hydraulic wheel drive,downhill speed stabilizing device and the braking mode of spring braking hydraulic release, as well as the vehicle application in the mine. At last,some experience was offered for the development of great gradient auxiliary transportation vehicle,and the slope for safe operation of heavy vehicles and light vehicles was given.
