摘要
"跟进式教育"理念具有传承创新、与时俱进、持续改进的理念特质和实践特性。该理念秉承"主动跟进、及时跟进和有效跟进"的教育原则,力图构建契合大数据时代需求、满足市场需要和促进创新发展的育人模式;充分发挥"主动性、时效性、针对性、互动性和可持续性"的教育特性,凸显以人为本,解决实际困难、提高育人实效,力图真正促进学生自由全面发展;通过对目标、方法、路径、推广和评估等方面的全面跟进,构建既有理论概括,又有操作实践的人才培养模式。
The concept of "follow-up education" is of distinctive features like inheritance, innovation and continuous improvement. This concept is based on educational principles of "initiative follow-up, promptly follow-up and effective follow-up", and focuses on the construction of educational pattern to meet the demands of big data and the society. It fully plays the educational characteristic of "activeness, timeliness, pertinence, interaction and sustainability ", and is human-oriented, so as to realize the full development of students. Meanwhile, it advocates full follow-up on the purpose, method,path, promotion and evaluation, so as to construct a pattern of cultivation of both theoretical and practical meaning.
