摘要
为了探讨补充连翘提取物后对力竭运动后大鼠体内抗氧化能力和肌肉损伤的影响,我们选择了60只雄性大鼠为研究对象,随机分成4组:控制组(C组)、力竭运动组(E组)、连翘组(F组)和连翘运动组(FE组),每组15只。连翘每天以每千克体重40 mg/kg剂量进行喂食,为期4周,力竭运动于最后1周进行跑步机适应,隔天以渐增式力竭运动跑至力竭。我们采用双因素方差分析来检验连翘补充与力竭运动对SD大鼠血液中肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、丙二醛、超氧歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果发现,力竭运动组的肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、丙二醛活性显著高于控制组,超氧歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性则显著低于控制组(p〈0.05)。连翘运动组乳酸脱氢酶、丙二醛活性皆显著低于力竭运动组(p〈0.05),超氧歧化酶活性则显著高于力竭运动组(p〈0.05),肌酸激酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶则无显著差异(p〉0.05),说明补给连翘能有效防止力竭运动导致超氧歧化酶活性的降低和乳酸脱氢酶与丙二醛活性升高的情况,有助于增强大鼠体内的抗氧化能力,减缓因力竭运动导致氧化伤害和肌肉损伤的情况。我们的研究为连翘在力竭运动损伤保护中的应用提供了一定的帮助。
To investigate the effect of Forsythia suspensa extract on antioxidant ability and muscular damage of rats after exhaustive exercise, 60 male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into four groups: control group(C, n=15), exhaustive exercise group(E, n=15), Forsythia suspensa treated group(F, n=15) and Forsythia suspensa plus exhaustive exercise group(FE, n=15). Forsythia suspensa was supplemented at the dose of 40 mg per kilogram weight for four weeks. Acute exhausted exercise was performed on a rodent treadmill with the progressive protocol in the last week. Two way ANOVA was carried out to examine the effect of acute exhausted exercise and Forsythia suspensa supplementation on creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activities and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels. The result showed that the activities of CK, LDH and the levels of MDA in E group were significantly higher than those of C group, while the activities of SOD and GPX were significantly lower than those of C group(P〈0.05). The LDH activity and MDA level were significantly lower in FE group compared to E group, and SOD activity was significantly higher in FE group compared to E group, while LCK and GPX activities had no significant difference.It demonstrated that Forsythia suspensa supplementation was beneficial to prevent the reduction of SOD activity,and the elevation of LDH activity and MDA level after acute exhausted exercise, which was conducive to enhance the antioxidant ability, and mitigate the oxidation and muscle damage caused by acute exhausted exercise. The research might provide certain help for the application of Forsythia suspensa in the protection of injury by acute exhausted exercise.
