摘要
转录组学与蛋白质组学是后基因组学发展的热点领域,目前转录组学和蛋白质组学在植物研究中都有了大量应用。转录组/蛋白质组学分析可获得植物转录/翻译水平上的信息,而两者关联分析能够对植物转录与翻译过程进行系统研究,从而对复杂的生命活动有全面和深入的认识,受到越来越多研究者的关注。但目前相关的研究较少,为促进该技术在植物研究中的应用,本研究综述了两者关联分析在蔬菜、大田作物、水果等植物中的应用,对当前研究存在的不足之处进行了讨论,并结合当前分子生物学技术发展,对其发展提出了一些意见和建议。
Transcriptomics and proteomics were hot topics of post-genomics, which was widely used in plant research. The information of plant transcription or translation can be obtained by transcriptome or proteomics analysis. The correlation analysis is used to systematically study the transcription and translation process of plants,so people will have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of complex life activities, and the analysis attracts more attention from researchers. However, there has little relevant study. To accelerate the application of this technology in plant research, the correlation analysis of vegetables, field crops, fruits and other plants with transcriptomics and proteomics analysis were reviewed in this research. Besides, the short comings of the current research were discussed, and some suggestions and advises were put forwarded, combined with development of biology technology.
