摘要
近年来,离子平衡紊乱引起的相关疾病引发了人们对于亚细胞水平的离子纳米传感器的研究兴趣。本综述以氯离子与氢离子为阴阳两种离子的典型代表,主要综介绍了这两种离子紊乱所引起的各种重要疾病,并探讨了利用发光量子点表面性质调控来开发相关的纳米级传感器研究进展,最后展望了这个领域的未来发展方向。
Recently, the interest in the studies on subcellular ionic nanosensor has been aroused due to the related disorders caused by ionic equilibrium disturbances. Selecting the chlorine and proton ions as the typical examples for anions and cations, respectively, this research mainly reviewed several significant human diseases caused by non-equilibrium of two ions, and discussed the recent advances from nanosensors based on the modulation of surface modifying of photoluminescent quantum dots, and finally outlooked the developing orientation of intracellular ionic nanosensors.
