The Research of Quasi-operational Infrastructure Financing Structure Influencing Factors in the PPP Model

准经营性基础设施PPP项目融资结构影响因素分析有助于社会资本方和政府部门就融资结构达成一致.通过文献梳理和案例分析提出理论假设,并通过调查问卷对PPP模式相关领域的专家学者进行调查.在分析调查结果的基础上,建立PPP项目融资结构影响因素结构方程模型,利用Amos17.0检验假设.结果表明:项目自身因素、运营因素、政府因素等六个因素与准经营性基础设施PPP项目融资结构都存在正相关关系,且项目自身因素对融资结构影响最显著.

The influencing factor analysis of quasi-operational infrastructure PPP （public-private-partnership）project financing structure contributes to social capital and the government agreement on financing structure. This paper, through literature review and case analysis, puts forward the theoretical assumptions, and sends questionnaires to the PPP model relevant experts and scholars. Based on the results of the survey analysis, the authors set up a structure equation model of the PPP project financing structure influencing factors, by using the hypothesis of Amos17.0 test. The results show that the project itself factors, operational factors, government factors such as the six factors and quasi-operational infrastructure PPP project financing structure have positive correlations, meanwhile, project itself factors have most significant effect on financing structure.
