身痛逐瘀汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗银屑病关节炎疗效观察

Curative effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with technetium [^(99)Tc] methylenediphosphonate in patients with psoriatic arthritis

目的观察身痛逐瘀汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗银屑病关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取50例银屑病关节炎患者采用身痛逐瘀汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐进行治疗,疗程12周。检测比较患者治疗前与治疗后4周、12周的关节压痛个数、关节肿胀个数、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、患者总体评价(PGA)评分、医生总体评价(Ph GA)评分、血沉(ESR)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化情况。结果患者治疗前与治疗4周、12周后各项评价指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着治疗时间的延长,患者的关节压痛个数、关节肿胀个数、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、患者总体评价(PGA)评分、医生总体评价(Ph GA)评分、血沉(ESR)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均逐渐减少和降低。结论身痛逐瘀汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗银屑病关节炎,能够有效缓解患者的关节炎症状及体内炎症反应,具有见效快、疗效好的特点,值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with technetium [99Tc] methylenediphosphonate（MDP） in patients with psoriatic arthritis. MethodsA total of 50 cases of patients with psoriatic arthritis were treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with technetium [^99Tc]-MDP for 12 weeks. Number of joint tenderness, the number of joint swelling, pain visual analogue score （VAS）, overall evaluation score of patients（PGA）, general evaluation of doctors （PhGA）, level of erythrocyte sedimentation（ESR）, C reactive protein level （CRP） were compared before treatment and after 4 weeks′ and 12 weeks′ treatment. ResultsThere were significant differences in each evaluation indexes between the patients before treatment and after 4 weeks′ and 12 weeks′ treatment （P〈0.01）. The number of joint tenderness, the number of joint swelling, VAS score, PGA score, PhGA score, ESR level and CRP level in the patients were gradually reduced with the increase of treatment. ConclusionShentong Zhuyu decoction combined with technetium [^99Tc]-MDP treatment of patients with psoriatic arthritis, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of arthritis and inflammatory reaction, and which has the characteristics of quick effect, good curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
