磁共振系统计量检测方法初探

摘要 医院在病情的诊断的过程中,其准确性是最为关键,因为这是看病的关键所在,如果准确性出现偏差,对患者的误诊,其损失是不可估量的,一方面使患者的经济受到伤害,另一方面,由于误诊,会出现生命安全的问题。因此在这种情况之下,对于应用磁共振成像系统的计量检测就尤为重要,目前使用最为有效的方法则是由美国所研制出来的一种模体,根据美国医学物理学家协会的建议,和美国电气制造商协会提出来的标准方法,对影响图像质量的信噪比、均匀性、空间分辨率、线性、层厚、密度分辨率、纵横比等一些性能的参数进行检测,通过实验可以证明,这些外国的标准和我国的实际情况是比较相符的,能够全面的检测出我国当前应用磁共振成像系统的各项性能,这位医生判断病情提供了非常可靠的保证。 The accuracy of a hospital is the most crucial factor by the diagnosis of a disease, it is the key factor for seeing a doctor, if something is wrong with the accuracy, the loss to the patient is immeasurable. On the one hand, the financial status of the patient will be badly influenced, on the other hand, there is the problem of life safety due to misdiagnosis. Therefore, under such circumstances, the metrological inspection of the magnetic resonance ima- ging system is particularly important. The currant most effective method is a model developed by the United States. According to the recommendations of the American Association of Medical Physicists, and the standards put forward by the American Electrical Manufacturers Association, various parameters affecting image quality, such as ratio of signal to noise, uniformity, spatial resolution, linearity, layer thickness, density resolution, aspect ratio, and some other property parameters should be inspected. Through our experiments, it can be proved that these foreign stand- ards are consistent with our actual situation, are able to fully inspect the performance of our current magnetic resonance imaging systems, and provide a very reliable guarantee for the doctor to determine the patient condition.
