摘要
为实现对电子标签进行高效而准确的检测,本文提出了一种基于近场射频通信技术的新型电子标签自动化检测设备。系统采用ARM7微控制器作为主处理器,包括数据存储模块、数字信号处理模块、信号发生器、信号采集模块、通信接口模块,采用DDS器件作为扫频信号发生器,能够完成超高精度的频率控制。同时通过嵌入式软件对系统进行编程调试,实现生产过程中的标签质量参数检测的自动化。最后通过实验室测试和生产企业实测,该自动化检测系统在功能设计、测量精度、运行稳定性等方面均可达到标签厂商检测要求,大大的提高了企业的生产效率,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to realize the efficient and accurate test of electronic tags, this thesis presents a new type of automatic test device for electronic tag based on nearfield RF communication technology. The system applies ARM7 mierocontroller as the main processor, includes data storage module, digital signal processing module, signal generator, signal acquisition module, communication interface module, the system also applies DDS components as sweep signal generator, thus achieve ultra -high precision frequency control. Meantime, the system is programmed and debugged through embedded software to realize testing automatization for quality parameters of electronic tag in the production process. Finally, through the laboratory test and the actual measurement by manufacturers, the auto- matic testing system can meet the test requirements of tag manufacturers in aspects such as function design, meas- urement accuracy and operation stability, and greatly improves the production efficiency of the enterprise and has certain practical value.
