摘要
本文依据现行《中华人民共和国计量法》第九条规定,简单分析了免费强制检定工作的重要意义,以及在该新形势下,获所在省、自治区、直辖市质量技术监督局授权的法定计量检定机构该如何展开过渡工作,以确保强制检定工作的顺利有序进行。
In this thesis, according to the provisions of Article IX of current ＂ Metrology Law of Peopleg Republic of China,＂, we simply analyzed the importance of free compulsory verification work, and in current new situation, in order to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of compulsory verification work, how should a 3rd level National Defense Metrology Technical Institution, which is authorized by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of local province, autonomous region or province -level municipalitiy, carry out the transitional job.
