摘要
根据标准GB/T8942-2016《纸柔软度的测定》对同一批次定量为14.4g/m^2的卫生纸进行柔软度测量,并依据标准JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对测量值进行了不确定度的评定。最终得到卫生纸柔软度测量的扩展不确定度为2.2mN。通过对不确定的评定发现,影响柔软度测量值的因素从大到小依次是:电脑柔软度测定仪校准,设备狭缝,重复测量,试样尺寸。
According to the standard GB / T8942 -2016 ＂ Determination of Softness of Paper ＂, we conducted softness measurement for toilet paper with a quantitative of 14.4g/m2 form the same batch, and in accordance with the standard JJF1059.1 -2012 ＂Evaluation and Expression for Uncertainty Measurement＂ , we also conducted un- certainty assessment of the measurement results. We got the ending result of expanded uncertainty of toilet paper softness measurement of 2.2 mN. Through the assessment of uncertainty, the factors influencing the softness meas- urement results are as follows： calibration of Computer for softness test, equipment slit, repeat measurement and sample size.
