摘要
研究了一种应用于绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的高压隔离驱动电源。驱动电源以电流型母线作为基础,用一根高压缆线作为变压器初级,具有多路输出和高压隔离的性能,且驱动的空间位置安排非常灵活。主要采用了LCL滤波网络的系统结构。LCL网络具有良好的滤波作用及恒流特性,可很好地满足低谐波含量和稳定可靠供电的要求。此外相较于单级LC谐振,其具有更好的容错能力和更大的谐振容量;在功率等级不变的条件下,通过合理的参数选择,可使开关器件承受更小的电流、电压应力,降低损耗。此外,还分析了磁环的饱和问题,给出了磁环选择的要求。最后,制作了一台样机,验证了方案的可行性。
A new type of high vohage isolation driving power supply for insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) is studied.The driving power supply which is based on current bus,utilizes a high voltage cable as the transformer pri- mary side, sharing the performance of multi outputs and high insulation voltage, and the spatial arrangement of driver is very flexible.The system structure of LCL filter network is mainly used.LCL network has good filtering and constant current characteristics, which can meet the requirements of low harmonic content and stable power supply.In addition, compared with the single LC resonance,which has better fault-tolerant capability and more resonant capacity.Under the same power level, and the reasonable choice of parameters, the switching device suffered less current and voltage stress, and lower power loss.In addition, the saturation problem of magnetic ring is analyzed, and the requirements for selecting the magnetic ring are proposed.Finally, a prototype is made to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
