摘要
大中型并网光伏电站逆变器参与电网无功调节,不但可提高本站电压质量,还可增强光伏集中接入地区无功控制能力。以发挥逆变器无功调节能力为目标,考虑逆变器和站内动态无功补偿装置配合,提出针对并网型光伏电站的无功控制策略。该策略考虑了恒无功/恒电压等不同控制模式下无功出力分配方式,设计了逆变器暂态响应控制模式,通过场站自动电压控制(AVC)系统改造,实现1座50 MWp光伏电站逆变器调相运行,实测结果表明所提控制策略及实现方式可有效利用光伏电站逆变器无功调节能力,提升无功电压控制水平。
Large and medium-sized grid-connected photovoltaic power plant inverters participating in reactive power regulation,can improve the voltage quality of station and enhance the centralized control of photovoltaic access capacity.The reactive power control strategy of grid-connected photovoltaic power station is proposed,the reactive power adjustment capability of inverter is taking into account and the cooperation between inverter and station's reactive power compensation device is considered.This strategy considers reactive power distribution mode under constant reactive power and constant voltage, designs the inverter transient response control mode, and realizes 50 MWp photovoltaic power plant inverter phase adjustment operation based on field automatic voltage control (AVC).The field measurement results show that the proposed strategy and its implementation can effectively utilize the reactive power adjustment capability of photovoltaic power plant inverters to improve the level of reactive power and voltage control.
