摘要
以T型三电平逆变器为对象,对其发生开路故障进行了分析,从空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的冗余矢量及拓扑重构两方面研究了容错控制策略,并提出了一种针对三功率器件开路的容错策略。仿真和实验结果验证了所提及的容错策略可行,提高了系统的可靠性。
Power devices open-circuit fault is analyzed from two aspects of redundant vectors of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) and topology reconstruction to research the fault-tolerant control strategy based on T-type three-level inverter and a three power devices open-circuit fault tolerant strategy is put forward.The simulation and ex- perimental results show that the fault-tolerance strategy is feasible and the reliability of the system is improved.
