摘要
为提高功率等级和系统效率,充分降低磁件尺寸和缩小成本,单相交流电源供电的变频空调和充电机等用电设备的前级AC/DC功率电路需采用多级交错和临界导电模式(CRM)的单相有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术。在对CRM APFC—些基本问题进行分析后,采用模拟控制器FAN9611实现和测试分析了两级交错CRM APFC样件,支持输出功率6.5kW,效率高达98.4%,仿真结果与实测结果验证了CRM APFC的可行性。
In order to improve the power level and system efficiency, the size of the magnetic components and costs are fully reduced, the former AC/DC power circuits of inverter air conditioner, charger and other electrical equipment with single-phase AC power supply require single-phase active power factor correction (APFC) technology employing multi-channel interleaved and critical conduction mode(CRM).Based on the analysis of some basic problems of CRM APFC,the two-channel interleaved CRM APFC samples are implemented and tested by simulation controller FAN9611. The output power is 6.5 kW and the efficiency is up to 98.4%.The simulation results and the measured results verify the feasibility of CRM APFC.
