摘要
目的分析寒区官兵功能性腹胀(FAB)的发病率,及其与肠道菌群失调的关系,为该病的卫勤保障提供参考依据。方法选取500例东北地区北纬45°~50°驻军官兵作为研究对象,应用成人功能性胃肠病罗马Ⅳ诊断性问卷对其FAB发病、伴发症状等情况进行调查。将明确患有FAB的官兵纳入FAB组;同时,以1∶3比例随机选取未患有FAB的官兵作为正常组。收集并化验两组官兵的粪便,比较肠道菌群失调差异。结果共收集482份有效问卷,问卷有效率为96.4%(482/500)。其中,FAB患者28例,发病率为5.8%(28/482);伴发症状有反酸3例(10.7%)、烧心5例(17.9%)、恶心9例(32.1%)、呕吐2例(7.1%)、腹痛8例(28.6%)、腹泻3例(10.7%)、便秘5例(17.9%)。FAB组中,肠道菌群失调6例,发病率为21.4%(6/28);正常组中,肠道菌群失调7例,发病率为8.3%(7/84)。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒区官兵FAB发病率较高,且与肠道菌群失调有关。
Objective To investigate the incidence of functional abdominal bloating( FAB) and the relationship with dysbacteriosis among the soldiers under severe cold condition and contribute to the reference of medical support. Methods Based on the standard questionnaire of Rome Ⅳ,a questionnaire survey of FAB incidence and accompanying symptoms was carried out among 500 soldiers under severe cold condition. Officers and soldiers with FAB were divided into the FAB group; at the same time,the officers and soldiers who did not have FAB were randomly selected as the normal group in ratio of 1∶ 3. Collected and analyzed the feces of two groups of soldiers,and difference of dysbacteriosis were compared and analyzed. Results A total of 482 valid questionnaires were returned,the effective rate of questionnaires was 96. 4%( 482/500). There were 28 cases of FAB and the incidence of FAB was 5. 8%( 28/482).Concomitant symptoms included acid reflux in 3 cases( 10. 7%),heartburn in 5 cases( 17. 9%),nausea in 9 cases( 32. 1%),vomiting in 2 cases( 7. 1%),abdominal pain in 8 cases( 28. 6%),diarrhea in 3 cases( 10. 7%) and constipation in 5 cases( 17. 9%). There were 6 cases of dysbacteriosis in FAB group,the incidence was 21. 4%( 6/28),7 cases in the normal group,the incidence was 8. 3%( 7/84),and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion The incidence of FAB is higher among the soldiers under severe cold condition and it is related to dysbacteriosis.
