摘要 为解决弹头涂色标存在连续批量生产能力弱、自动化程度较低等问题,设计一套基于西门子PLC和触摸屏的弹头涂色标机控制系统。对弹头涂色标机的应用现状和存在的问题进行分析,阐述控制系统实现的功能,以PLC和触摸屏组态软件为核心,对控制系统硬件部分的设计进行论述,从总体设计、PLC程序设计和人机界面设计完成控制系统软件部分的设计。应用结果表明:该系统能实现弹头涂色标各个状态的实时监控,提高弹头涂色标机的工作效率和工艺自动化程度。 In order to solve the existing problems in bullet painting and marking ,such as the weak continuous mass production capacity, low degree of automation, etc, a control system for bullet painting and marking machine based on SIEMENS PLC and touch screen machine was designed. Carry out analysis and research on application situation and problems of bullet painting and marking machine, introduce the control system realization function, taking PLC and touch screen configuration software as core, discuss the design of control system hardware. Realize the control system software design by overall design, PLC program design and man-machine interface design. The application results show that the system can realize the real-time monitoring on every situation of bullet painting and marking, and improve the work efficiency and technique automation degree.
