The Study on the Influencing Factors of Innovation Performance——A Perspective from Enterprise Resources

摘要 文章从企业资源的角度对创新绩效进行研究,论述了创新资源的概念,并从技术和需求两个层面将其分为技术知识资源和需求信息资源。在这组概念的基础上,建立了一个分析企业创新绩效的理论框架。以408家创业板上市公司为样本进行了实证检验,结果表明,创新资源对研发支出和创新绩效都产生正向影响,而研发支出在创新资源与创新绩效之间具有中介效应。 This study investigated innovation performance from the perspective of enterprise resources,and discussed the concept of innovative resources which is divided into technical knowledge resources and demand information resources.Based on these concepts, a theoretical framework studying the innovation performance was built.The empirical study using the firms from the Listed Companies in China's Growth Enterprise Market showed that innovative resources have positive effects on both R&D expenditure and innovation performance, and R&D expenditure has a mediating effect between innovative resources and innovation performance.
