一种水中铅的快速分析方法

摘要 文章通过一系列实验建立了水环境中铅的快速检测方法,阐述铅在环境中的分析情况。方法以卟啉类有机物二溴羟基苯基卟啉为显色剂,在一定条件下络合铅,使溶液在479 nm处具有最大吸收峰,在0.02~1.0 mg/L符合朗伯比尔定律。通过与原子吸收比较得知,对于水样的测定,该方法完全能够满足测试要求。 Through.a series of experiments,a rapid method for lead detection in water environment was established,and the analysis of lead in environment was expounded.The porphyrin-type compound,i.e., dibromohydroxyphenyl porphyrin, was used as the color reagent to complex the lead under experimental conditions investigated in this paper, and the resulting solution had the maximum absorption peak at 479 nm,conforming to the Lambert-Beer law during the range of 0.02-1.0 mg/L.Compared with the accuracy of atomic absorption method, this method could fully satisfy the test requirements of water samples.
