新型探测小车在电机定子铁芯故障检测中的应用探讨

电机定子铁芯是电力行业领域当中的重要常用器件,但是对于该器件故障的检测相对困难,成为电力行业领域的热门研究课题。文章针对此技术进行了创新实践,通过新型探测小车设计对电机定子铁芯故障检测进行了实践应用,不仅设计科学合理,更有效保证运行过程中磁位计一直与电机定子铁芯的齿部接触,确保结果的精准性。

The motor stator core is an important common device in the field of power industry.However, it is relatively difficult to detect the fault of this device and has become a hot research topic in the power industry.For this technology innovation practice, this paper had applied the new detection car design to the fault detection of the stator core of the motor,which is not only scientific and reasonable, but also effective to ensure that the magnetic level meter contacts with the teeth of the stator core of the motor during operation, so as to ensure the accuracy of the results.
