摘要
随着高速铁路网的逐步扩充和动车组运营速度的不断提升,高速铁路动车组在旅客运输竞争中优势愈发明显。但中国铁路总公司尚未形成完整的客票营销体系,在激烈的市场竞争中稍显被动。论述了服务营销的相关原理和实施手段,通过分析铁路总公司在现行客票营销制度下存在的不足,从拓展客票销售渠道、加强旅客资源管理、提升服务质量、采取灵活的价格策略等方面提出改进建议,以期完善高速铁路客票营销制度和进一步提升高速铁路动车组的旅客运输市场竞争力。
In this paper, we discussed the relevant principles and means of service marketing. Through analyzing the shortcomings of the current railway passenger ticket marketing system of China Railway, we proposed such suggestions for improvement as adding new ticket selling channels, strengthening passenger resource management, improving service quality, and adopting more flexible pricing strategies, etc.
