国际环境法框架下我国物流企业面临的新型环保挑战及对策

New Environmental Challenges Faced by Chinese Logistics Enterprises under International Environmental Law Framework and Corresponding Countermeasures

分析了国际环境法框架下环保规范的新发展,以及我国物流企业在环境新格局下面临的挑战,提出了我国物流企业应对环保挑战的对策,以期推进我国物流企业转变发展方式,优化物流结构,实现产业优化与升级,朝着低碳物流的方向健康发展。

In this paper, we analyzed the new development of the environmental protection norms under the international environment law framework as well as the challenges faced by the Chinese logistics enterprises in the new circumstances, and then put forward the countermeasures for them to deal with the challenges of environmental protection so as to change the development mode of the Chinese logistics enterprises, optimize their logistics structure, realize industrial optimization and upgrading and grow in the healthy direction of lowcarbon logistics.
