摘要
基于维修辅料精益化管理方法和北京奔驰设备维护部自身实际生产特点,以优化维修辅料库存管理制度与维修辅料计划申报采购流程、降低维修辅料采购成本与库存流动运营资金为目标,针对低值易耗型维修辅料,建立了适用性较强的维修辅料精益化库存管理模型。在此基础上,设备维护部全面推进维修辅料框架合同的签订,保证了维修辅料采购的及时性,提高了部门工作效率。此外,通过搭建智能化企业资源信息管理平台SAP系统,研究了维修辅料精益化新型管理技术模式,实现了库房维修辅料管理流程标准化和维修辅料采购流程的标准化管理,并结合实践,证明了优化维修辅料资源配置对于提高企业经济效益的显著成效,实现了维修辅料管理的规范化、科学化、流程化。
Based on the lean management method of the repair materials and the actual production characteristics of the Equipment Maintenance Department of Beijing Benz, this paper aims to optimize the inventory management system and declaration and purchasing process of the repair materials, and reduce their purchasing cost and live inventory operating expense, and then established a more applicable lean inventory management model for the low-value and highly-consumable repair materials. On such basis, the Equipment Maintenance department has comprehensively carried forward the signing of repair materials framework contracts to ensure the timeliness of their procurement and improve the working efficiency of the department. In addition, by building the SAP system of the intelligent enterprise resource information management platform, this paper studies the new lean management model of the repair materials, standardizes the inwarehouse management process and procurement process of the repair materials, and in light of the practical circumstances, proves that the optimized repair materials deployment could remarkably improve the economic efficiency of the company and help achieve the standardized,scientific, and process-based management of the repair materials.
