摘要
针对日益严重的城市交通污染问题,提出城市生态交通的发展理念,确定城市生态交通系统的内涵;采用系统动力学方法构建武汉城市生态交通系统SD模型,将城市生态交通系统划分为社会经济、车-路、生态目标三个子系统;根据武汉城市交通发展的特点选取相关参变量,进行了SD模型构建;利用模型考察各个子系统间及整个系统内要素的互动及反馈机制,为武汉城市生态交通系统发展政策制定提供依据。结果表明,在满足交通需求的前提下,对交通结构比例的调整能起到防治交通污染的效果。
In this paper, in view of the increasingly severe pollution problem of the urban traffic system, we put forward the concept of urban ecological transportation and defined the connotation of the urban ecological transportation system. Then using the SD model, we modeled the urban ecological transportation system of Wuhan and divided it into the subsystems of social economy, vehicle-road and ecological objective. Next, based on the characteristics of the urban traffic system of the city, we selected the relevant parameters to build the SD model which was used to investigate the interaction and feedback mechanism between the various subsystems as well as of the elements of the system as a whole. The result indicated that under the assumption to meet the traffic demand, the adjustment of the structural proportion of traffic system could play an effective role in preventing and controlling traffic pollution.
