基于空重箱调配的铁路集装箱定价优化 被引量:3

摘要 近年来我国铁路集装箱运输发展迅速,但是由于自然资源分布差异以及地区发展不平衡等原因,导致我国集装箱运输中空箱调运较为频繁,铁路运营企业蒙受巨大损失。因此如何制定合理的定价策略以及优化空箱调运方案来提高运营企业整体收益成为亟需解决的问题。以铁路运营企业效益最大化为目标,建立基于空重箱调配的铁路集装箱循环班列定价模型,并采用分支定界法编程求解,最后在算例分析中,以广铁管局内集装箱车站为例进行定价和调运优化,结果验证了模型的可行性。 In this paper, aiming to maximize the benefit of the railway operating enterprises, we established the pricing model of circularly scheduled railway containers that considered the deployment of empty and heavy containers and adopted the branch and bound method for its programming and solution. Finally, through a numerical example, in the case of a container station under the Guangzhou Railway Administration, we demonstrated the feasibility of the model in pricing and deployment optimization.
