摘要
以电商销售为研究背景,考虑由单供应商和单零售商组成的二级供应链系统,构建了传统销售和提前预售机制模型,在需求受价格折扣和服务水平影响的情形下,比较了两种机制下零售商的最优订购量水平以及各渠道成员所获得的利润,分析了价格折扣、零售价格和服务水平的敏感性系数对零售商订购决策以及供应商和零售商利润的影响。结果表明:提前预售机制激励了零售商订购量的增加,且实现了供应商和零售商利润的帕累托改进。最后,通过算例分析验证了结论的有效性。
With the e-commerce sales as the background, this research considers the two-echelon supply chain system consisting of a single supplier and a single retailer, constructs respectively the mechanism model of traditional sales and advance pre-sales. Assuming the demand is affected by price discount and service level, it compares the two mechanisms in terms of the optimal ordering quantity of retailers and the earning of each channel member. At the end, it analyzes the influence of the sensitivity coefficient of price discount, retail price and service level on the retailer's ordering decision and the profit of the suppliers and the retailer. The result shows that the advance pre-sale mechanism could stimulate the increase of the retailer's ordering quantity and realizes the Pareto improvement of the profit of the supplier and the retailer. Finally, the validity of the conclusion is verified through a numerical example.
