摘要
当前电信市场环境下,提高业务接入效率和投资有效性,低成本、快速开通业务满足客户需求对运营商发展客户、实现提质增效有重要意义。以某省网络评测情况为基础,对本地传送网中影响业务接入效率和投资有效性的问题进行了梳理分析,并相应提出了优化建设策略。策略在某省的实际应用中已初见成效,对其他本地传送网的建设也有一定的借鉴意义。
In the current telecom market environment,it is important for operators to develop customers and realize the quality and efficiency enhancement,to improve service access efficiency and investment effectiveness,to open services at low cost and quick response,and to meet customer needs. Based on a network evaluation,the service access efficiency and effectiveness of investment issues affecting the local transmission network has been analyzed,the optimization strategy for the construction is put forward. The application of the strategy has achieved initial success,it also has certain reference significance for optimizing the construction strategies of the other local transmission network.
