钢制易拉罐底部涂层的耐磨性能研究

摘要 选定了一款丙烯酸树脂作为主体树脂,搭配相应的固化剂及催化剂等形成了适用于易拉罐底部涂装的涂料配方。分别讨论了添加防锈颜料、气相二氧化硅与硅溶胶等特殊粉体或助剂后对涂料耐磨性能的影响。通过纸带磨耗仪测试、扫描电子显微镜观察涂层磨损处形貌等手段对不同配方涂层的耐磨性能进行了评价,并通过盐雾测试讨论了涂层的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:添加防锈颜料、气相二氧化硅及硅溶胶均能有效提高涂层的耐磨性能,其中防锈颜料及气相二氧化硅的加入还有效提升了涂层的防腐蚀性能。 An acrylic resin is selected as the main resin, and is used with appropriate curing agent and catalyst as the formulation of the coating used at the bottom of steel pop cans. The effects of adding antirust pigments, gas phase silica and silica sol and other special powders or additives on the wear resistance of the formula were discussed respectively. The performance has been evaluated through the methods of SEM, tape abrasion tester tests. In addition, the corrosion resistance of the coating was discussed by salt spray test. The results indicated that the addition of antirust pigment, aerosol and silica sol effectively improves the wear resistance of the coating, and the addition of antirust pigment and aerosol also improves the corrosion resistance of the coating.
