摘要
构建了涂料用树脂的分子结构及相对分子质量解析的微谱技术方法并成功应用于未知涂料树脂的微观解析。构建的微谱系统分析技术主要基于红外振动光谱、核磁共振波谱、裂解气质联用仪、凝胶色谱仪的综合使用和分析。通过构建的微谱技术对一种进口未知涂料用树脂进行了细致的研究,获得了树脂的详细结构、相对分子质量及其分布信息,为树脂尤其是涂料用树脂的结构和相对分子质量解析提供了一种综合、系统、高效的技术方法。
This work constructs a systematic microspectral analysis method for the molecular structure and molecular weight of coating resins, and the method has been applied in an unknown coating resin analysis successfully. The microspectral analysis method is based on the infrared vibrational spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonancespeetroscopy(NMR), pyrolysis gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (PY-GC/MS), and gel permeation chromatograph (GPC). An import unknown coating resin was analyzed systematically, and the information about the molecular structure and molecular weight was revealed in detail. This work is very helpful and powerful for exploring the molecular structure and molecular weight of resins especially to coating resins.
