电动三轮车水性化涂装的应用研究

通过对水性色漆和水性罩光清漆在电动三轮车涂装的实验室验证、现场制板验证、整车涂装试验、小批量涂装试验,筛选出了综合性能优异的水性涂料,其涂层性能可以达到溶剂型涂料性能,并且满足现有的溶剂型涂料涂装生产线的要求,实现了电动三轮车的水性化涂装。

Through the waterborne paint and water-based varnish on the electric tricycle by laboratory verification, live produced plate coating verification, the whole vehicle coating test, the waterborne coatings with excellent comprehensive performance are screened out. The performance of the coating can reach the performance of the original oil paint, and can meet the original oil painting production line. The waterborne coating of electric tricycle is realized.
