随着智能移动终端的普及,移动端APP已延展成了个人工作、娱乐、交流、交易的生活平台。广电运营商借助移动终端以及互联网平台,建设具有广电运营特色的外勤助手APP,除了将传统的只能通过营业厅PC终端的业务受理工作搬到移动智能终端,也给广电企业外勤人员提供了便捷的工作平台。在降低广电企业运营成本、提升管理和运营效率、提升客户满意度等方面发挥了重要作用。
With the popularization of smart mobile terminals,mobile APP has been extended into a personal work,entertainment,exchange,and transaction life platform. With the help of mobile terminals and Internet platforms,radio and television operators have established a field assistant APP that has the features of radio and television operations. In addition to moving the traditional service accepting work from the PC terminal of the business hall to the mobile intelligent terminal,it also provides convenient working platform to the radio and television enterprise outworkers. It has played an important role in reducing the operating costs of radio and television enterprises,improving management and operational efficiency,and enhancing customer satisfaction.
