摘要
以可靠性为中心的维修研究的重要组成部分就是对设备进行合理有效的划分。针对CRH5型动车组车体系统零部件的划分问题,首先运用层次分析法分析车体系统零部件的属性,建立功能准则、结构准则、寿命准则和安全准则并验证准则的一致性;其次运用层次分析法建立车体系统零部件数学模型,构造零部件在4项基本准则下的判断矩阵;然后应用种群遗传算法进行仿真计算,将车体系统划分为车体外壳、车端连接装置、车门及车窗等4个部分;最终为动车组优化维修提供理论依据。
The key part of reliability-focused maintenance study is to classify the equipment rationally and effective-ly. With a view to the classification of CRH5 EMU car body components,it shall first of all,apply AHP to analyzethe property of the components,establish such four basic rules regarding function,structure,service life and safe-ty,then verify their consistency. Secondly,it shall apply AHP to establish a mathematical model for the compo-nents,developing the judgment matrix for the components based on the four rules. Then,it shall apply the popula-tion genetic algorithm for simulation calculation,dividing the car body into such four parts as enclosure,car-endcoupling,doors and windows. Finally,it shall provide a theoretical basis for optimizing EMU maintenance.
