摘要
对接触网隔离开关光纤通讯监控系统存在的常见问题进行分析,指出由于系统架构的特点,存在使得控制操作机构长期带电等问题是导致系统出现误动、拒动和误报等故障的主要原因。提出了集中式直控系统和分散式直控系统2种基于系统架构调整的改进方案,并总结了改进方案的优势和使用条件。
The article analyses the problems common in the optical fiber communication monitoring system used forthe remote control of OCS isolators. It points out that due to the features of the system architecture,the control opera-tion mechanism always is alive. Such a problem is the main cause for system maloperation,failure to operate,falsealarm and other faults. The article proposes two improvement schemes based on system architecture adjustment,namely,the centralized direct-control system and the distributed direct-control system. Besides,it also summariz-es the advantages and application conditions of the improvement schemes.
