制冰机热气除霜对压缩机可靠性影响研究

通过分析制冰机制冰、脱冰原理,阐述了热气除霜对制冰机压缩机可靠性影响。以及通过GPY12RA压缩机匹配制冰机试验,得出制冰机热气除霜对压缩机可靠性的影响。虽然制冰机利用热气除霜很容易导致压缩机液击,但只要加以控制,可以在很大程度上避免制冰机压缩机的液击现象,保证利用热气除霜的制冰机性能可靠。

By analyzing the principle of ice maker ice making, deice; this paper expounds the hot gas defrosting effect on ice maker compressor reliability. And by GPYI2RA compressor matching ice maker test, it is concluded that the ice maker hot gas defrosting effect on reliability of the compressor. Although ice maker use hot gas defrosting is easy to cause the compl＇essor liquid impact, but as long as the control, the ice maker compressor can largely avoid liquid impact, can guarantee the use of hot gas defi＇osting ice maker has a reliable performance. In this paper to the ice maker manufacturer and compressor manufacturers have a certain guiding significance.
