铝合金型材因其重量轻、强度高及良好的表面处理性能在各行业领域获得了广泛应用。本文介绍了铝型材的性能特点及其表面处理工艺,重点讲解了空调器用铝型材的结构设计、详细的加工工艺方式及其阳极氧化处理,最后介绍了铝型材在空调器上的应用效果及其选用准则。
Aluminum alloy profile with light weight ,high strength and good surface treatment pertbrmance has been widely used in the field of various industries. This article introduces the performance characteristics of aluminum extrusion and its surface treatment technology, focusing on the air conditioner with aluminum structure design, detailed way of processing technology and its anodic oxidation treatment, finally introduces the application effect of aluminum on the air conditioner and selection criteria.
