摘要
长期以来,生产企业很难在电风扇产品的设计开发阶段获得产品能效值近似数据。本文提出了一种工程计算的方法,该方法通过建立扇叶的相关特性曲线,并与电动机的相关特性曲线进行比较,可以找出产品工作点的数据,从而计算出产品能效的近似值。
For a long time, it is difficult for manutcturers to obtain approximate values of energy efliciency of electric fan during the design and development stage. An engineering calculation method is presented in this paper. By establishing the correlation curve of fan blade, and by comparing with the motor characteristic curve, this method can find out the normal work point of the fan, so the approximate value of energy efficiency can be calculated.
