Effect of Different Anesthesia Depth on the Immune Function of Patients Undergoing Cervical Cancer Operation

目的探讨不同麻醉深度对宫颈癌手术患者免疫功能的影响。方法收集昌图县第二医院2015-2017年收治的行宫颈癌手术治疗患者127例，依据术中麻醉深度，分为浅麻醉组63例、深麻醉组64例。采用全身麻醉方式，比较两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞群比例，并计算CD4／CD8比值，动态观察其变化过程。结果术后两组患者自T2时间点开始，CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T细胞和NK细胞水平均下降；浅麻醉组自T5时间点、深麻醉组自T4时间点，上述各指标逐渐恢复至正常水平。两组T2、T3、T4时间点，部分免疫指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论深度麻醉能够减轻患者应激反应，从而减轻麻醉对免疫功能的影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of different anesthesia depth on the immune function of patients undergoing cervical cancer operation. Methods We collected 127 patients undergoing cervical cancer operation from No.2 Hospital of Changtu County between 2015 and 2017. According to anesthesia depth, all patients were divided into two groups： shallow anesthesia group （63 cases） and deep anesthesia group （64 cases）. The percentage of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood were compared between two groups under general anesthesia, and ratio of CD4/CD8 were monitored dynamically. Results The levels of CD4＋T cells, CD8＋.T cells and NK cells were all decreased from T2 time point in both groups. Above indexes gradually returned to normal levels from T5 time point in shallow anesthesia group, and from T4 time point in deep anesthesia group, respectively. There were significant differences in the partial immune indexes at T2, T3, and T4 time point （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Deep anesthesia can reduce the stress response of the patients, and alleviate the effect of anesthesia on the immune function.
